Guys were incredibly nice and very fast to get me unloaded. A lot quicker than the Lowes in Tennessee that I delivered to. In and out in about an hour. Offloaded in about 10 minutes. Shout-out to Davon!!

The woman at the booth took 5 minutes to attend to me when she got off her intense work and told me that I missed my appointment for arriving, according to her, 10 minutes late, so they left me last to unload... no one warns that you should arrive 30 minutes before the appointment, THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT PARKING…

Lady at the front Desk Super Rude, Open Hours 6:00 am to 12:00 PM By Appointment and 30 minutes Prior Appointment Fast Unloading No parking on Site. There is a Gas station like 5 minutes away 10 Spots to park

Lady at the front desk has the worse attitude I ever seen in my life and I been coming here for at least 3 years and the only time I’m smiling or happy to be here is when she is on break!! She talks to you like you are here child! Don’t speaks no customer service!!!! They need to move her to the inside bc she don’t need to be working with customers at all HORRIBLE IF I COULD GIVE A 0 star I would!!!!! Lowes remove this lady

They will NOT LET U PARK ON SITE. The receiving lady very rude and talk to u crazy. I showed up on time at 8am. Because I read the reviews on how nasty she was to be on time. She still had something to say “well you need to show up 30 mins before your appointment”. No one answered the phone to tell me this. I had a driver in front of me 30 mins late he had to reschedule for the next day. All the other workers are cool and friendly fast unloaded. Be a hr early
