This place is has good security, is very well managed with friendly staff, the property is kept clean, & the prices for a storage unit... is so so much cheaper than a storage unit in California! They will also work with you IF you're having problems with paying them... as long as you are totally HONEST with them & can prove it & keep your promises you make to them.

Oh! Just make sure you get a unit that will be in the shade from our super hot [115° approximate average] summer sun... so your things don't melt from the intense heat that builds inside the units facing the sun. They do offer indoor units cooled by swamp coolers... if you're worried out that kind of thing.
And...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... IF you MUST be in your storage [for LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES] during the VERY HOT summers that we have here in Lake Havasu City, AZ... BRING PLENTY OF ICE COLD WATER [OR WHATEVER LIQUID OF YOUR CHOICE] TO DRINK!! Too many people DON'T take anything to drink nor do they take a break to cool down in their vehicle's AC and they end up over heating or having a heatstroke! So PLEASE KEEP IT IN MIND TO COOL DOWN. There's ALWAYS cold water, cool air & chairs to sit down on [& there's a restroom] in the office... IF you forgot to take something to drink or your vehicle's AC is not working. They don't mind & say, "That's what it's there for" but, they're only available during office hours. So, use restroom BEFORE you go there, if u go there before or after office hours. Nearest, place with public restrooms are Circle K - 1/4 mile away & "MAYBE" the new food place across the street from storage place would let people use their restrooms.

Cons for me: There is NO dumpster or trash cans for trash. It's probably to keep people from "dumpster diving". So, be prepared to take your trash with you to dispose of it elsewhere & good luck finding a place to get rid it or your large trash items. Most of the dumpsters around town have locks on them to keep "trash diggers" out of them & our dump is expensive [in my opinion].
& My unit, facing the tire shop next door, is NOT sealed very well. There's A LOT of dirt that blows into it & it is getting all over my things & got into my electronic devices ruining them. I'll be asking for another unit soon.

OH MY GOSH‼️ My husband and I went to grab a couple of items about 10 minutes until closing. It took us 15 minutes to get our belongings. We go to drive out and they LOCKED US IN! That is down right CREEPY that at 10pm they LOCK ALL CUSTOMERS INSIDE‼️
What kind of place LOCKS THE EXIT GATE? WE WILL BE SWITCHING STORAGE TODAY

Very clean inside storage unit. Really affordable prices. Staff is very nice and helpful. Secure site with personal codes to open gates. Very impressive.
