Guys be carefully with this broker specially with Alex. I book load with him. In few mins he called me that load will be for tomorrow. I told him let me check with driver if he is good with and he hang off om me with words I will call you in min, have to check with receiver if they can unload Monday. Result, he didn't call me back and when I called him he told me that he cover the load. Circus, not a company.

If your a trucking company stay away from this broker. They can’t cover a load and when you book it they charge you a late fee for pick up. It’s crazy that the people doing all the hauling gets charged for doing a job for them because they can’t get a load covered in time. Warning. Stay away from them. Edit - I guess I should be more transparent in my review. I booked this load at 10am the day of pickup and was 2 hours away from pickup. The pick up time was from 8am to 12:30pm. I was loaded and leaving the site at 12:47pm. So yeah, I guess my bad for booking a load at 10am driving 2 hours and loading, securing load, and completing paperwork by 12:47. I did a horrible job. Clearly worth losing 300 dollars over. Lesson learned on my part.

They will not pay you. We were on a load and specifically told no scale tickets needed. Completed the load and have signed bol everything. They are now trying not to pay us saying receiver should have gave us a scale ticket. When we were being unloaded we advised them that receiver did NOT even have a scale on site. We will be going after their customer / will be taking their Buffalo, NY customer to court for payment of load.

NEVER pay this company in advance and don't trust the google reviews because if you notice they are written by employees and "friends" that bury the real reviews, scroll down all the way through the reviews. They make "mistakes" then won't refund your money.
This is not a malicious review to be vengeful it is a review to warn others not to use them.

This company needed to be paid prior to picking up. They showed up with a mini van to transport a Snorkle lift...wouldn't work they said. When they finally gave me a refund, they kept $500 out of the $1400 for a TONU! Scammers; would never use them.🤬

Haven’t used this company for any services but I personally know the owner and his family. He is super sweet, always doing what is best for everyone in any situation. Definitely a 5 Star ⭐️ company and 5 Star ⭐️ employees!!
