Lodge is a USA product. I have several cast iron and enameled Dutch ovens. One of my 6 qt Dutch ovens developed a divot in the bottom. I received it as a gift, so no receipt. Lodge honored the warranty. I received a brand new one in a very timely manner. Hooray for Lodge.

For deliveries: go to the truck entrance on 3rd street and drive around the building to the door in the brick building near the fence. I included a screenshot where I marked this in red. Check in there and get your docking location. I'd assume that this is the same for shipping as well. I delivered iron to 600 Railroad so after I checked in I drove through the gate (marked in blue on my screenshot) to get to the other building. Docked at door 3 and was unloaded pretty quickly. Everyone was friendly.

Amazingly durable cast iron cookeware that will last you and your family generations, it is no doubt that any piece of Lodge’s cast iron is a perfect heirloom! Their product usually holds up to the standards. In the past year they have expanded the third street foundry & the Lodge Factory Store with the BBB (Big Bad Breakfast) franchise and their own “Lodge Museum of Cast Iron” (LOVE the Deadhead Skillet). Another thing, South Pittsburg is a wonderful little town to visit at the last weekend of April, as the community comes together and even others from out of town set up & celebrate the National Cornbread Festival.

I’ve also worked here in the past, maybe a year and a half. It’s a great place to work, especially for the locals like myself, the employees truly treat each other like family and the company sure does their best to value their employees. I definitely enjoy the atmosphere on second shift packing. overall great co-workers, and friendly supporting supervisors. ❤️🍳

There was a quality issue with one of the Lodge cast iron grill toppers which I purchased new locally at a home store. I contacted the company directly and they took care of the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I have several Lodge pieces and love them all. I hope this company continues to stay true to their roots. Thank you!

This is the place you want to be during the annual Cornbread Festival in April sponsored by the Lodge Manufacturing Company each year in South Pittsburg TN. The whole Factory shuts down at a skeleton minimum so the factory tours can be done. This is a very educational experience for any cast iron enthusiasts. My recommendations are to visit the factory & visit.their factory story. And enjoy the Cornbread Festival. Something you will never regret.

From my dutch oven to my griddle, all my cast iron cookware is lodge. I use nothing else. Best cookware you can buy imho. Very much worth it to get the kit with the seasoning spray, scraper and brush. I love this cookware!
