This place is horrible. I’ve been here 4 hours parked away from the dock chilled down as required.
The driver next to me has been here 7 hours and keeps being told ( your next)
Some places like this need minus stars..
Updated… total time AT the dock 7 1/2 hours.
Night crew seams to have things a bit better organized. Day time seams to be just a lot of walking and walking from crew

My experience was awesome. My appointment 2pm. Arrived 1:50pm. Received a dock right away. Had me wait on the dock for 1 hour with the door close for the temperature to go a little bit lower to -10F. Loaded me in 20 minutes. By 3:30pm I'm out. Long story short, friendly staff, fast loading, and clean facility. A+ for me.

At 11 AM pick up on a Monday. Got there 10 AM left 5 hours later. Good side, they let you leave your doors closed. Until they're ready to load you. I had a frozen load argued with the loader. I had to be on the dock. And told him he was loading me wrong. He argued I ended up at 35700 on my tandems Slid my tandem's back and took the load. There is not a scale close by. And no overnight parking, but there is a bathroom.

It’s just OK , except 30 min late means 250 dollars “late fee” . Loading time is 2 h apprx… waiting for seal around 30 min - nobody showed up … ( what’s the problem to give the seal to the driver )
Also make sure your trailer is clean and smelled ok . Parking is easy , good for rookies.

They Stress thee Importance of Being On Time for your Appointment to be Loaded then Completely Disregard and Disrespect Your Time. Our Appointment was at 1 pm. We were On Time. It's Now 5 pm and we are just now being Loaded. Make Sure You Notate your In and Out Times on your Paperwork and Insist on Detention Pay. Make Sure these People are Held Financially Accountable For Your Time.

Drop and hook set up for noon. Told dm I wouldn't be here till 5 or 6 pm earliest. That's ok, it's a drop/hook. Arrived at 5:30 pm and was told they are waiting on product. Now I'm 5+ hours later than scheduled time and load is not ready yet. Had to wait 45 minutes for somebody to come out and check the trailer I was dropping off. Going to be a long night and 26 min now on 14. Was hoping to get in, get out and hut truckstop. Oh well....

If you like your truck and trailer don’t come here! Damaged refer floor cuz they fly into that trailer at full speed! Also you will end up spending more then half a day here!

This place is horrible from my point of view. I had a 1300 appointment arrived at noon, it is now 2030 hrs and I am still sitting here waiting to get loaded. And there response is that the product is on hold earlier the story was we are selecting the product. I will never except another load from or to this place. #If the driver is late we are penalized# This is a two-way street ppl#
