If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely worst, most unreliable, shady shipping company I've ever dealt with. My package, which has now been lost for 9 days, had supposedly arrived in my home state of MI, sat here for 2 days, finally went "out for delivery", which obviously never happened, and now is delayed AGAIN and some how ended up in VA?!?! Definitely reporting to Better Business Bureau and pursuing legal action.

Terrible and unreliable company.
Today I did not receive a package from Nordstrom even though it said it was delivered. Of course it was already several days “delayed” even though it was at their facility on time. I was home all morning. Nordstrom rep said no picture is taken and once this carrier delivers the package they won’t go retrieve it and take it to the correct address. I demanded that Nordstrom give me a refund and reorder and expedite my items to me at no additional charge, which they did. When expedited shipments go out, apparently a different carrier is triggered.
I hope Nordstrom reconsiders using this company. Absolutely the worst. If I could give negative stars I would as well. I will reconsider ordering when it is this company that does the delivering.

A package was wrongfully delivered to my neighbor. Since I am the residential assistant they gave it to me and I took on the task of finding the owner. I couldn't find a facebook page belonging to this individual, so I took to a few local facebook pages and found a family member. Then I was able to get in contact with the owner of the package and started to set up pickup. Then got contacted by the owner of the delivery company (Miller Tyme Express). He wasn't professional and immediately threatened to call the police. When he came to the unit that the package was initially delivered to, he threatened them with the police as well.

During my conversations with the family of the owner of the package, I found that she doesn't even live at that address anymore and was happy that I intercepted it.

The police were called and I informed them that I was in contact with the owner and she was picking it up. They gave the package back to the delivery service who knew that the address on the box was incorrect and he still delivered it BACK to the WRONG address.

When I told the police officer that it had the wrong address on it, he said that the owner of the package could contact the delivery service to change the delivery location.

I asked the Tyre (delivery company owner) to contact the owner of the package or hang onto it until they are contacted by the package owner. He obviously didn't do that.

Needless to say, I went and picked it up and the owner of the package is now in possession of it.

I looked up his company and it doesn't have a FB page or website. I couldn't find anything. So I looked up the address of his company and it comes up as Lasership. Lasership is known for bad service and it only has 1.5 stars on Google reviews. I wouldn't ship using Lasership or this contractor, Miller Tyme Express.

This is quite literally the worst shipping company on the planet, I wish that they’d just go out of business but unfortunately they are also the cheapest for companies like northface adidas and many others. If you see your package is being shipped by laser shipping, cancel your order before it’s too late, anything that I have had shipped through them was a minimum of 2 weeks late, a northface coat I ordered was over a month late. id you can’t cancel the order, don’t bother trying to contact their support team, they won’t answer, and if they don’t they won’t be any help, because they don’t know where your package is either. If you’re reading this and your order has already been taken by Laser, I am sorry for you, there’s a solid chance you won’t see that package ever.

They need to never be used by any company. I never get my packages when it comes to them. I don’t know if they just have thieves that works for them but how do they say a package is delivered but no one can verify that it was. I always have to reorder when a company uses them. It’s sickening!!!

Good luck getting support if your package is delayed. Also be ready for a startling 1am wake up call when they deliver your package while you're sleeping. If I could give zero stars I would. Miserable experience

Terrible shipping company. My package was also lost for several days. Arrived in Dimondale, MI and was out for delivery u til it was updated saying mechanical error and now it’s in Virginia. I’m sure it will never be delivered.

Received our Marley Spoon food delivery on Thanksgiving afternoon. Was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, November 22 by 9:00 pm. The deliver driver was apologetic, but getting perishable food over 40 hours later is unacceptable. The last three deliveries have been a day or more late. If you can’t be on time, please find something else to do.
