After shipping with this company many times before I would say they really need to work on their customer service aswel as communication between their corporate and actual store location. The Orlando location is definitely lacking professionalism. The lady working at the desk could use some training on how to speak and greet customers. Beyond that the last time (January 2023) I travel to this location I called the day before (4-5pm)to confirm their hours of operation since I knew I was traveling from a far distance. After driving for almost 2 hours I arrive to see a taped note on door stating they would be closing early for annual holiday party. I then had to scramble and find another shipping company near by. I went with Lara’s shipping. A place I will definitely be visiting in the future.

Seems like they are not competent enough to update their hours on Google. Really a waste of customers time. Notice how mo one responds to ANY of these reviews, shows how much they care about their customers satisfaction. Maybe business is too good and they can't be bothered.
