Pretty convenient location, manager is very nice and the prices are affordable.would be nice if you had 24 hour access to your stuff; And could definitely go without the rats eating your belongings,and relieving themselves on everything, I clean up after them everyday. When I complained I was told an exterminator is on site. I'm guessing the exterminator is the little black traps that only catch dust.

Lanett Mini Self Storage is a very easy place to work with and get the storage building need for your size needs. We have been using this facility now for 2 1/2 years and have never had any issues. their monthly direct draft for billing takes a load off us to have to send a payment each month.

Good management. I recently left because I got 2 10x10 units at another facility for the same price as 1 10x10 unit here. They have good pricing for new customers. Current customers get nothing in return.
