Rude brokers booked a load for one of our drivers. The drivers wife ended up having to go in for a emergency c section a month early. Had to drop load gave them plenty of warning we couldn't take the load and the reason why. Booked the load a day ahead and canceled the load 2 hours after we told them yes. They kept calling our secretary hollering saying we need to sign the rate con. She told them we didnt sign because the driver couldn't take the load. They said we need to have the driver miss the emergency c section and not be there for his wife and the birth of his child and take the load. Horrible rude brokerage company amazing companies will sign them up.

Extremely unprofessional broker . I booked a load with open windows and it was strictly by appointment . They don’t have communications with Carrier or warehouse. It’s a nightmare working with then and they will report false information again carrier for anything

Stay away from this clowns

Booked a load, RC says delivery is scheduled for next day from 7am to 2pm, arrived at costumer at 7am just to be told that my load has an appointment for 3 days later.
