At Coffee Equipment Pros, we sell coffee roasting equipment that needs to get to our customers fast and ready to go to work upon arrival. We take the task of selecting the right logistics partners seriously. We sold an industrial coffee grinder that needed to be transported two hours from Iowa to our crater/freighter in Oklahoma. We selected King Delivery for the job, and when Jerry (owner) took the grinder back to his shop to prep for transport, he offered to crate up the grinder himself and have it ready the next day. This "above and beyond" gesture allowed us to save on crate/freight fees AND get it delivered to our customer faster. This was our first time to work with King Delivery, but hopefully it won't be our last.

Quite possibly the nicest people I've ever done business with. I needed an item picked up at Sears and dropped off same-day at a hotel for my wife who was arriving late on business, and they jumped through a ton of hoops to make it happen.

If they understand the value of an on-time delivery for something as small as my need today, I imagine they show nothing but the utmost care for everything they transport. I'd recommend them in a second.

i had an emergency and King Delivery came through in a huge way. i called, I sent paperwork electronically to be attended to, they went to the secretary of state, hand delivered my paperwork, waited for it to be processed, got it back to me complete, signed off registered. all within less than 2 hours ( doing me a huge favor ) all for an unreasonably low price. he should have charged me three times the amount and i would have been happy to pay it.

Size doesn't matter!! We had a very small package that needed picked up, re-packed and mailed to us. They treated the urgency no different than if it was a full truckload. They kept me updated and the charge for their time was more than fair. If I EVER need anything in the Des Moines area again, these are now my GO TO people. Very nice and pleasant people.
