Had a great experience with king auto after an almost 3 week long nightmare with another shipping company (budget auto transporter) the car got picked up by the other company and stopped running due to their negligence then tried to ask us for more money since the car didn’t run even though it was their fault. After speaking with king auto I knew it would be better to take the loss with the other company to get the car from Washington to Texas. Once I was ready to pull the trigger they were able to pick up the car within a few hours of scheduling and had it dropped off in 3 days! We did run into some issues with the truck driver damaging the vehicle while driving it off the trailer which led to an argument. I then called King auto and got an answer right away. He stayed on the phone and got everything worked out with an agreement of some money back on the cost of shipping. The money was sent to my account immediately before the truck driver was even able to hand me back the keys. We are so relieved after such a long hassle with the other company. We will definitely be recommending and using King Auto in the future!

King Auto Logistics did an excellent job in delivering my Cadillac Escalade long distance. The owner was up front and honest about the pickup time, delivery, and price. The company even exceeded my expectations in delivering my vehicle a day early. The driver was very careful with my car and paid close attention in getting it out of the trailer without a scratch. My car was in the same condition as it was picked up with no extra miles. I would use them again in the future, and highly recommend using this company!

Please do not work with this company. You will get scammed. They refused to pay us for our services due to a black spot (0.5in) in diameter in the trunk of the vehicle. There was a box in the trunk prior to pick up. The black spot was there on pickup. See attached picture which is time stamped. They will look for a reason not to pay you! Customers and carriers be aware please!!!

The broker - deceiver!! He writes unreasonable reviews, doesn’t answer calls and changed the delivery information at the last moment. We strongly don’t recommend contacting this brokerage company!
