She is easy to work with. Always available when you have a question. She knows the people in our town at the title company, at banks, utilities, in the city planning department, in the licensing department, etc., so that if there is a question or a stumbling block, she knows who to go to to get it taken care of as soon as possible. She handled my open houses professionally. She arrived 30- 45 minutes early to make sure everything was perfect. She followed up with everyone. She scheduled many open houses because it was peak season and it paid off. She arranged for beautiful photographs of my home. She was careful to work around my schedule and my tenants schedules. We all enjoyed working with Leigh Ann. I highly recommend her.
