The leprechaun has been here since November. Family oriented, no complaints maintenance is great , dispatch is awesome. We are different from other companies as we are open trailer sharing. The weak and lazy usually don't last. But we don't cut corners here. I run coast to coast and tarp and I love every minute of my job. They welcomed me from day one and never treat me like I'm not important as they do all the drivers.

I've been pulling open deck for over 20yrs and I finally found a home at Kaiser. This is the toughest job I've had but it is also the most rewarding. Everyone in the office is there to help get the job done and they definitely value you as a driver and all the hard work you do. I've been pulling for Kaiser for over a year now and everything they've told me from the beginning is on point.
We've got yards in Janesville WI and Santa Fe Springs CA. We run lower 48 and Canada. The shop is in Janesville and you get a full truck and trailer inspection everytime you come through town and the Shop personnel are definitely a pleasure to work with and get things fixed correctly and quickly with no shortcuts so that you are able to keep the wheels rolling. Dispatch works hard to get you home for your hometime no questions asked when its time to get home they get you home. The driver Krew works together in the yards to get the trailers loaded which sometimes can turn into long nights but you don't leave out until you get your rest. There is no slip seating at Kaiser. We pull step decks and double drops and you stay hooked to your trailer. I haven't had a problem with any of our customers they have all been great to work with. Kaiser definitely isn't for everyone but if you're not afraid of hard work that challenges you everyday give Recruiting a call I'm definitely glad I did.

So I've been here for 3 1/2 weeks so far and they've just given me my truck. Mine is this pretty green one 🍀
Here's the breakdown of how this job works.
They will be straight up with you on their turnover rate as soon as you call (which APPEARS to not be very good) and there is a very good reason for that.
People show up for these very nice, very new Peterbilts and they leave because of all the work you gotta do with them.
The yard guys are load MASTERS, the dispatch coordinates the loads in a way that will seem confusing to you but it WORKS PERFECTLY!
They will put 4 to 14 different things on your stepdeck or your double drop because that is what this job is. LTL-OTR Trucking.
Everyone I've ever worked with in this company so far is extremely knowledgeable in their job and everyone helps you if you have questions or need help.
Hometime is fantastic. I had to take time off to go see a friend in Rhode Island because he lost a family member and they straight up paid for the plane ticket and got me over there. They truly care for your hometime here.
Now heres the kicker ☝️
If you think this will be like your old company. It will not be so.
This is hard work meant for people who are willing to change the way they've been working for years into a job that works better than any company out there.
If you do take the leap though, and you make it?
You will count yourself among the best open deck drivers in this country.
Kaiser Transport is a great and tough job for great and tough drivers.
And thats all it takes.

Great company to deal with . Dudes that operate forklifts are pretty accommodating. Picked up here and delivered , and every time it's in and out . They do work late as well which is awesome.

Top notch trucking.
You can not go wrong with Kaiser.
Drivers that know what they are doing, that have top notch trucks and equipment and who care about your goods.
We ship machinery with them and the level of dedication is as good as it gets.
Trust me when I say that I see all kind of trucking companies at our location and no one is reaching the level of dedication and quality that Kaiser offers.

Good luck trying to get pass Terry the guy who does the driving test and teach the orientation class he’s that truck driver who thinks things should be done the old way and they have him teaching smh and if you are of color forget about this job the vibe I got from Kaiser was they atleast need one minority working in the the building and that’s what I seen Debbie when I talk to you on the phone you told me it wouldn’t be like this and it’s was smh wasted my time had me go take the physical test that I passed and then terry tells me my boss have to review your driving test cameras with a (better eye) so I go back the next day for them to tell me they want be moving forward with me that’s fine but why wast my time I guess since you paid for the physical class you made me do it any way already knowing your decision Kaiser transportation office staff are pathetic once they meet you one time after that nobody answers the phone and act like your a problem even the so call mentor they try and put you with Kaiser preach that the company is not for everybody due to the physical work that’s no problem with me it’s the people in the office is why Kaiser isn’t for everybody

As a broker, I am impressed by capacity and yet friendlies of the dispatchers and drivers that work for Kaiser. The drivers go above and beyond - helping to load and operate forklifts when shippers need and rarely a complaint about minor changes in freight. I appreciate all the LTL work they do for me!

Had to call their Safety dept. 1of 2 trucks decided to NOT watch their trailer has it drifted across into my lane. Their Safety depth would take care of the matter.
