Motorhome engine would not start. We were stranded at campground near Mosinee. Called 11 truck repair places. No one was available or able to work on the motorhome. Only Justin Roth's mobile service was available to come..after he finished another job mid afternoon that day. Justin came and promptly identified a bad solenoid. He got us going home right away. He saved us a tow job and maybe an overnight stay. Thank you!

Nice new place, gate to keep you OUT till business hours. The check in is 2 hrs 20 minutes. You talk to the back of a computer screen that is between you and the service representative!!! All To clear you for tax exemption. The work was 1 hr 40 minutes. They charge for 2 hours and then you also end up having to pay tax! You have to get text or email. As they do not talk to you. Except to say Come Pay The Bill!! You pay for the free inspection as it’s included on the hour time. If they find faults you are Not told of them you have to read about them on your bill!! They could have had another repair if they knew how to communicate!! All I can say good is They do a have a nice waiting room but absolutely No PR skills for communication about the truck you brought them to work on! Worset experience in a shop in 40 years driving!

Kasey Schneider & Xeng Lor service advisor along with an incredible crew came through for us and got our truck repaired & rolling again in quick order. I cant say enough about the great service they give here. The staff is very organized, identifying the necessary repair needed on my Volvo and got her fixed! Kasey Schneider service manager knows customer service. I was broke down on the road and called in and he got me going and to your shop. Once at your shop he diagnosed the problem and got technician Forest on the issue all night, repairing a wire harness. By morning I was up and going and never missed a load, cant say enough about the great service they give here. Clean facility - the entire experience here was outstanding.

My kenworth had a hole in the radiator hose off the bottom of the radiator. It was leaking enough that i didn't want to drive it. I was at the pulp mill in mosinee. Where i was parked was 2.8 miles to the JX truck center. They came out and fixed the hose. They charged me $840. I appreciate that they fixed my truck when i was broke down, but $840 was way over what it should have cost to fix. It was not a hard fix or an expensive hose and i was close by.

Traveling by with our volvo D-11 pulling our 5th wheel on our way to Alaska when we had some engine trouble. Dropped the 5th wheel and took the truck in right away. We were back on the road in 5 hrs. Dale, Benjamin and Casey were extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend JK Truck Center.

All we ever got from service is the run around. It's understandable that stuff happens, parts are delayed, guys don't show up, so on and so forth. A good management team makes sure that kind of stuff happens as little as possible. Not the case here. We have purchased a large number of trucks from JX over the years, and will no longer be using them. We're making a complete line change because of their service department. From the top down, these guys will have every excuse under the sun, time and time again. We've had it, and encourage other companies that are service oriented to steer clear of JX all together. During our last visit when problems came up we sent our driver in, after 3 days of being in the shop with no updates, we called into the shop, spoke to John (service manager) who was not only rude and short with us, but didn't seem to have a care in the world about us losing time, money or losing a long time customer. Hundreds of thousands, nearly a million dollars spent here in a couple short years, and that kind of attitude? Yeah, I don't think so. Companies that require as little down time as possible should not count on JX's service. Not that we ever like getting people in trouble but when we asked to speak to Johns boss, he was kind enough to tell us, and I quote, "This is my shop. Don't like it? Don't come back." Nail in the coffin. We're out and will never return. At this point it wasn't even worth getting the rest of our team involved or getting any one else from JX corporate involved. We've done this to prove a point, if you can't take care of us, we won't do business. We are have appointments all week with other outfits, trading in all of our Pete's. Good luck JX, because we won't need it.
