My company was put in their "do not load" list because we called in BAD WEATHER AHEAD OF TIME. We booked this load on 12/5/24 for 12/6/24 but weather in the upstate NY area got severe so i had my dispatch call them to let them know we would have major delays BECAUSE OF UNPREDICTABLE WEATHER THAT HAD NOT BEEN FORECASTED. My dispatch called and got placed on hold for a little over 15 minutes. When dispatch finally got a broker on the line, the broker was extremely rude and proceeded to mock us saying "thanks for calling ahead of time, i will place your company on a do not load list moving forward" i am very disappointed because i truly was looking forward to working with you guys but if this is the way you guys roll DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER, i guess let god be the judge.

Very bad company. Without any reason they short payment 326.15$ . We payed lumper fee from our pocket and same day I was send them lumper receipt + pod .Everything is clean on pod. This year we have just two loads with them . first load they said your driver late for delivery and short payment 250$ because shipper load my driver in 10 hours . second load short pay 326.15$. any way if it’s mine hard work money god will give me in other ways . But stay alert about these kind off brokers .
