Booked a load from JMG and told them several times through text messages and phone calls that I wanted detention on the pickup that took almost 10 hours. I made the delivery on time and the next day called to see if my detention was approved. They told me that the customer was already billed and they couldn't pay detention anymore. I reminded them of the text messages back and forth and was told that they thought it wasn't that important to me. DO NOT HAUL ANYTHING FROM THIS BROKER. Let their freight sit on a dock.
