Incompetent or just ignorant. I didn't have my driver's license, but I did have a government issued ID. She wasn't having it, just kept saying no and I left within 15 seconds of arriving. The next notary I called gladly took my business knowing full well that my ID was legal and was sufficient to provide a notary.

They were closed when I arrived. Their website says they open at 10 am but they are not open until 12 noon on Saturdays. I went back later and service was good, just make sure you call before you arrive to make sure they are open.

Horrible customer Service!!!!!!! Don’t even think about going there. I took my one year old to take a picture for passport and the lady was so rude and didn’t want to help at all. She said that its hard to take a picture for a kid, and then the camera is not working blah blah , don’t recommend this place at all!!!!!!

More of an FYI, although they are listed as a DHL ship center, they only ship documents, not packages.
