Great movers. The movers themselves were very nice, professional and quick. I had a problem where my apartment complex blamed them for some damage to the building. The damage was questionable at best, but the apartment complex was going to charge me for it. JC talked with them, and they were unreasonable. JC made sure that I was not stuck with the bill even when it was likely not his fault either. I would highly recommend JC Express Movers.

Compared prices with other places and they offered a very competitive price for the amount of movers. They also didn't ask for a upfront credit card information or bombarded me with insignificant questions. Other companies said they would charge me if I didn't cancel 2 weeks in advance. These people didn't do that and that shows they have good work ethic and care about their customers.moved from antioch to oakley. Everything was smooth and effective. They asked only the vital info they needed. Came on time. Were very respectful and careful. Said yes to every ask. Very efficient and hardworking people. This company gained a customer for life. Will recommend them to everyone I know. Movers names are: Edwin, herardo, ramon...they also dont charge extra for larger trucks!!! Dont waste your time and choose JC Express.

They forgot half of my stuff from my original location and then didn’t bring in items like my mirrors and claimed they did when I called less than 24 hours later. Too expensive for them to forget my items. Look elsewhere for movers.

If you're looking for movers, I highly recommend JC Express Movers!
I had an amazing experience. They are professional, called before they arrived, did a walk through of the house and got right to it. They placed everything i labeled in the appropriate rooms and even put my bed back together at the new home. If you are looking for movers, I say go with JC Express!

We had a wonderful experience with JC express movers. We moved from a 2 bed 2 bath on the second floor to a 3 bed 2 bath on the second and third floor.

First we hired them to help us pack and they had our entire apartment packed in about five hours! Everything was wrapped with extreme care and thoughtfulness with helpful labels on the boxes.

On the day of the move they worked quickly and efficiently and the movers were so kind and considerate. They had to lug many boxes and large furniture items up several flights of stairs and they did a great job making sure to place everything exactly where we asked.

This was an extremely good deal for the price, they were kind and professional and it was easy to coordinate with them! I would highly recommend this company.

I just completed a move from Walnut Creek to Palo Alto with a lot of nuances and complications and the team they sent me did an incredible job!!! JC is very responsive. He remembers your name and your number quickly and when you call him, its like hes talking to a friend and remembers! That was really impressive to me. Also the guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job. I’ll use them each time!
