Very high priced storage facility! I felt taken advantage of, the clerk wouldn't let me write down any price quotes,(really? why?) After agreed price on 12'x20' she added administrative FEE=$29.00, insurance Fee=$15.00, lock purchase =$13.00 plus $83.77 for last week of the month of September,$359.00 for October ! For a total $503.27 for 5 weeks! I am also a 70yr.old senior entitled to a 10% senior discount that I didn't see until she gave me the bill and had already charged my debit card! When I asked for my discount, she said "too late! It's already paid for,I can't do anything"! Total bullshit! Just a lazy 'heavyset' woman obviously on commission or ? I paid it because I was in a pinch, but I'll never rent there again! She never mentioned the fees, the insurance, and she took my DL so it was obvious I was a senior,! but she never even mentioned it to me! Last time I use this place ever@

I just signed up today to rent a 10 x 30 space. Genesis helped to get everything set up. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a high level of expertise. It's nice to experience a business that was so effortless to get started. She's a gem and a wonderful representative of this business.

We had a very easy time renting here! We got a 10 x 15 and the entire transaction from start to finish took less than an hour, including riding with the staff in a golf cart to look at 2 different available units. The paperwork was straightforward and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The offices are very clean and so are the storage units. In addition, we appreciated their security setup, and felt very comfortable leaving our things locked up here. Finally, the prices are reasonable, especially if you look online first and take advantage of one of their online promotions. We definitely recommend this place!

I've had a storage unit here for 2+years and as storages go, this specific one has been the best. The staff and manager are extremely fair and also professional. They keep it comfortably structured without making you feel like your spied upon as most do.

Leasing a 10x15 storage unit was very easy and a pleasant experience.
Karen, the manager, was specially friendly and efficient. The unit I choose was clean and easily accesible. Completing the lease paperwork'was very easy. Karen, the manager, explained clearly all the options and discounts available to me The month-to-month lease, with no time contract, is very convenient. The available moving truck, at no cost, is a great additional benefit.
I am glad that I choose IN-STORAGE at Stanton. Thank you,
