The worst service that we have ever received. Their driver arrived in our office drunk and smelling like urine. When asked why he was 45 minutes late, he asked if he could use the bathroom real fast. We called their office, and his manager, Bill Heeney wasn't helpful at all. Bill Heeney was defensive and had nothing to offer in defense of his company and the state of his driver. We urge the public to use this company with caution!!

Called to inquire about a courier service. Yes it was a last minute request inquiring about delivering a letter the same day about 20-30 minutes away. Their quoted price was $90. Sorry to me that's extravagant. I was able to request an Uber driver to deliver it for $18 and he arrived within 7 minutes of requesting. Will definitely utilize the Uber service moving forward for deliveries like that vs using this local business. It's ashame too bc I try to always shop local first before using some big corporate company but that's a HUGE price difference.

I understand Uber rly only had to charge me for 1 way vs both where the courier service would probably have to charge for both ways which is understandable but even $50 for the service would have been understandable & I would have booked their services. But sorry, $90 to deliver a letter 20-30 min away?! Come on now.

I would suggest avoiding this courier company completely. They don't even deserve 1 star. They damaged my new driveway. They refused to accept responsibility and basically told me "too bad". I manage a Propane plant and if one of my drivers damages a customers property we do the right thing and repair the damage. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!

Have never used their services, but literally just had a run in with two of their truck drivers in the plymouth town square shopping center, in which they both exited their vehicle to start a confrontation with me in the parking lot while all while holding up traffic behind them trying to use the exit. All because "I had something to say" apparently while I was parking my work vehicle. As I was dialing 911 they then decided to leave, so I then decided to call the conpany # provided on the truck to avoid causing nusence to the police. The gentleman I spoke with did not seem to offer to much sympathy nor was able to convience me the situation would have been handled properly. Hope this might help someone else with their decisions in the future.

Be careful with this company!! They work together with scammers who try to extort money. The telephone number is incorrect and emails are no longer responded to!

O realy? Why then no more responses to varius emails and even Google called the email adress spam
