Great company, easy to work with. Initially had some issues with shipping delay, though it was not the fault of the company. Shipping to Nigeria has been slow I heard, due to the ridiculous exchange rate there.

However, I did appreciate the manager and owner calling to clarify shipping issues and sending follow up emails, when I was concerned.

I’m a first time customer and will be using their services again…I humbly ask you to do the same, use this company for your shipping to 🇳🇬 and support small businesses!!!!

This is a Nigerian American based GUY company they are thieves. And those people on comment section should be careful with them.First business they will act so nice with you for more business and when you mistakenly fall for them. Haha you will regret it. I'm a victim so be careful

If I could give zero stars I will.. beware of these scammers. They do not care for your valuables, all they want is your money. They will be nice to you when you are making enquiries but after you pay, better start saying your prayers because it's only by God's special Grace that you will get your items shipped in one piece. When you call to make enquiries on the lack of update they ignore you and tell you to go do your worse.. when they loot your items they tell you it's not their business that your package was looted.
Like I said good luck in using their services.

Very reliable company, staff are friendly and helpful. Met Mr Gbenga in person for the first time this weekend, his a nice and when talking to him via phone. I will definitely recommend this shipping company to people both air and sea. Definitely 5 stars

These people are fraudulent. I send multiple barrels through them 8 months ago and the barrels and content are still missing. Both the owner and his second in command down to his staff in lagos. They stole all my items and threatened me. Alex I believe he is the owner told me "go do your worse". After paying for multiple barrels to be shipped, they held my barrels with them for months, each time I call they pass the phone to someone else and the story continues. Then they turn around and say "do your worse". Smh.. if you have money to throw down the drain or love being scammed use them.. Ben and Alex are the two scam lords.

Worst shipping company in the world. Please avoid them. My Mercedes has been at the port since October, which I did roro to avoid delays. You cannot believe that the cars that were received way after mine are all in Nigeria. They probably substituted my Mercedes with one of their friends and abandoned my Mercedes at the port third month going. The owner himself sounded so rude when my agent called him. No effort to help resolve the issue . I still have my Mercedes at the port, while my Honda Pilot that arrived after Mercedes is in Nigeria.

My first experience overall with them went great. I gave 4 star instead of 5 because I was expecting them to contact me to come and get the car title as soon as the port returned it to them, I needed it ASAP to release the car at the port of destination. Also, they need to let customers know that the “seaway bill” is the bill of landing. They forwarded me the seaway bill and I thought it was the receipt for the payment I made for shipping. By the time, I realized that it was their bill of landing the car was already at the port of destination in the parking lot and people there already stole my car wheel covers and front logo. All this, could have been avoided if I was told by Icon in their email that the seaway bill is the bill of landing, I would have sent that ASAP to my clearing agent so he can make sure they don’t steal anything from the car.
