We lived there 10 yrs.. Management was ok until Mike took over.you sign a one year lease and then you go to month to month.if you are late paying rent they will issue a 14 day notice and you will be evicted. I don't recommend renting from them ever.

Stay away, as this management is something else. I communicated with a gentleman named Mike and coordinated a scheduled showing for 6pm. We emailed and spoke on the phone several times, and I even confirmed this appointment the morning of. In the beginning, I was very confused because he was coordinating my appointment based on when the current tenant was available and home. I arrived early to check the neighborhood and complex out around 530pm. After a few calls (cell phone service in this area is terrible) and emails, I received no response. Mike, the manager, was nowhere to be found, even around 630pm. I called this manager and asked him where he was, and he then stated he was at his own residence. Long story short, he was planning to have the current tenant, who is moving out in 30 days, show me the place I would be moving into. Let me be very clear: this was NOT a sublease. He even stated that this is their policy to have tenants show the place. By all means, I am not expressing how to properly manage any sort of rental, but I have lived in numerous places to rent, and not once has a tenant ever shown me their place.

DO NOT RENT these townhomes please! Management is horrible, lived in here for 2 years and got a 15 day notice for having family over to visit for the day! I just had a new baby and got kicked out for having people over to see the new born!

Renters beware. These people are well known as the slum lords of Sussex. They will not fix or repair anything without turning around and raising rent or serving a five day notice or nonrenewal. After 10 years and no real complaints we were served with a nonrenewal only because evictions are currently illegal. When asked for a reason we were told they didn't have to give us one. Truly it's because the owner is greedy and heartless. We complained for years about black mold that is all over the bathroom ceiling. One person came and looked, said it was because of the fan not working properly, no one came back to fix either issue. The unit number is 6715. Make sure to ask what company came in and took care of the issue and call the company to verify these people will lie to you face. Painting over it and cleaning with bleach will not get rid of the problem. Someone has to go in and actually find it and take it out. The garage has it as well.When the water heater went out they tried to make us wait to have it repaired.Once I threatened legal action someone came to repair it. Smelled like alcohol and was extremely rude. There are many more problems. We stayed because of the school district and cheap rent. We fixed all issues ourselves as they either wouldn't come out or we'd risk rent being raised or even a five day notice given.

WARNING! I do not recommend leasing a property from IWISH Management Co.!

My family and I are originally from Utah and recently moved to Wisconsin due to employment. When trying to find a home to rent prior to moving, we took a trip to look at potential properties. We looked at a townhouse managed by IWISH Management Co. and decided to apply. Before applying we called the leasing manager, who told us the townhouse was still available. We immediately paid the application fee and applied.

We received a call from the leasing manager telling us we had been approved and would be receiving further leasing documents. However, the documents never came and after a couple of days I called the leasing manager who informed us there was now another applicant who was interested in the same unit and the owner needed to make a decision on who he was going to lease the townhouse to. We were told the owner would make a decision in a couple of days. After a couple of days we still hadn’t heard anything and the leasing manager wasn’t returning phone calls. She gave us the excuse of being out of town but would let us know what the decision was. In the following days we continued to receive excuse after excuse for why no decision had been made. This cycle continued for another couple of weeks. Never once were we told the unit had been rented or not, and never did the leasing manager call us back even though she said she would countless times.

On numerous occasions we told the leasing manager we were very interested and didn’t have the luxury of looking for additional places to rent as we were still living out-of-state at the time. Finally, after several phone calls and texts, the leasing manager simply sent a text saying the unit had been rented without any explanation. Even when I tried to call and text for further insight into what had happened I never received a phone call back.

We are very disappointed with IWISH Management. They have been dishonest, deceitful, and inconsiderate. I would not recommend anyone to lease a property from them. It appears they are more interested in collecting your application fee than actually renting properties.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is one of the worst places I have ever rented in my life. They do not respond to maintenance needs, they are very unprofessional, you can receive 5 day notices for minor things, i.e. leaving the grill outside of the garage, which I did to let it cool off and ended up with a 5 day notice to vacate or put the grill back in the garage. They will charge for every little thing once you move out where you can end up paying over a thousand dollars for things that should be done regardless once someone moves out. I have never met anyone that works whit this company in person, it was all either over the phone or email. Totally overpriced for the condition and service provided. Rent with another rental property.

The lady does not seem to know what's going on and not very responsive waited almost 2 weeks for response. Then was giving further instructions to help move application along and can no longer get in touch. Been trying to reach for 3 weeks. The couple times I did get in touch she always had to wait for a supervisor. The Sussex place seemed nice and clean though.

We lived in the Lomira condos run by I wish for over a year and loved it. The rent is a little high, but the places are nice. We never had any issues with management, and had a stress free experience moving in and out (besides the packing!)
