When you enter through truck entry make sure you go slow or the sensors won’t detect your vehicle. This location has the automated system for check in and check out. Come according to their operations schedule or you will have to wait for shift to come back to work.

TRUCKS: Entrance is off Old Highway 20, turn onto Greenbrier and you'll see entrance on right. This is ONLY way in, other paths on Greenbrier are physically blocked off. Your GPS is wrong if it shows anything else. Be sure to have your delivery appt number or they won't let you in. If live load, it will end with 967. You can arrive 30 minutes early. This Amazon location is decent. They got me in and unloaded and on my way in about 90 minutes. No overnight parking except for bobtails only. Well lit. Plenty of room to maneuver.

Owner operators, please stay away from this facility . We have been here multiple times and they always take at least 6-8 hours to unload half a trailer. Save yourself some time and money and do not come here . The workers are lazy and incompetent

Plenty of space to backup. Check in with guard then go to Dock door assigned. Disconnect and drop trailer pull forward and take paperwork to receiving office door. Wait for green light and for them to get you.

Appt 18;00 ... Check in 17;40 .. got door 18:10 ... LIVE UNLOAD ..(( million boxes )) ... Dropped trailer and wait on site... Driver Lounge TV and Microwave.... Ok done 22:30 ... There's a few spots to overnight sleep over Greenbrier Rd

Worst place!
They cancelled 3 loads on us having us waiting in the parking lot of the race trac nearby for 3 days
We are very upset and frustrated from this bullshit
And when you're fee minutes late from an appointment they're fast as a bullet to hit you with a negative rating, but it's ok when it's the other way around!

Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment,if you have live load,unload,check in and go to assigned door,park there and go inside to the shipping&receiving office( looking around you assigned door for example between for 426-427 for 4…. Doors. Give them your paperwork and ask to cut the seal. After that open the door and drop trailer,park on waiting area and wait for call back when your trailer is ready ( after 2 hrs you can go inside and check,because they can forget about you 🤣🤣🤣) unloading takes around 2-3 hrs
