I've been a customer for over 7 years. Tom has done excellent work and runs a tight shop. I've had real issues with my mail getting misplaced in other stores, but not with Hoover Mail Center. Highly recommended for reliable service and a straight answer. If you grade service by bubbly smiles and platitudes, go elsewhere, and don't be surprised at their apathetic shrugs when your mail is missing. Tom takes his work seriously and I really appreciate it.

I have to say that Tom at the Hoover Mail Center really understands what customer service means. It is a please you go there and they have always been accurate and honest with all of the things I have needed doing. I had a package reported as not having arrived and Tom, I believe, went above and beyond in searching and locating what happened and kept me in the loop the entire time. Always better to go there than the Post Office or the other carriers. Thanks again

As we all know there are 2 sides to every story. I have been a customer of Hoover Mail Center since Tom opened. He might be direct at times but “ always” gives great customer service! If he chooses to not wear a mask then that is his right as a store owner.
If this person has been coming to his store for 20 years then she knows he has not been wearing a mask over the last few months. If she is wearing a mask then she is protected!
Writing a bad review over one incident is not fair. Where are the good reviews over the last 20 years from her. He must be doing something right or she would not be coming back all this time.
Tom is a honest and trustworthy guy and I will continue to patronize his store.

I’ve been doing business with the Hoover Mail Center and the owner/operator Tom White for 15 years. Tom has always been a Gentleman and a professional. I’ve always admired Tom’s success as a small businessman as he is extremely squared away and has treated me with great respect. Tom does a great job for me! I can count on him and he does a great job packing and shipping stuff for my business all over the country. So much better than the name brand shipping centers. Tom is professional & gets the job done. I'm not looking for a hug when I go in his center. He's effective and efficient and I appreciate all he does for me!
