Personal were very pleasant and helpful, however, they had just implemented a new policy to have to photograph all pallets when loading. They were shorthanded and some of their personal did not show up for work. It took them 5 1/2 hours to load me. I think that when they get things straightened out with their help and loading procedures, they will get better. I would still go back and deliver for them.

Arrived at 1015 still here 435 waiting on BOLS and only have 4 pallets loaded. Avoid getting loads here at all cost if you value your time. So many staff around doing a bunch of nothing.

Slow. Make sure to take pics of your truck and trailer plate# if you picking up. You need to fill out form, get in a dock, slide tandems, unhook, place trailer jack under and wait in your truck by the fence. If you fail to do one of those steps, they might hold you there for a while. But if you do it right, they still gonna hold you there for a while. Front desk guy has an attitude and doing you a favor checking you in.

Great people. Had a 2000 appointment on Wednesday but couldn't make it thanks to elogs. Unloaded me @ 0700 Thursday within 1 hour. Full truck load. Nice conversation to boot!! Overnight parking in front lot!

Guy in the check in office is extremely rude and unprofessional. Yelled at me for trying to check in early despite the place being completely dead. When I asked him if there was a chance they could load me any earlier than my appointment time because I would be out of hours by then he said no and it's not his problem. Avoid this place if you can.

Appointment at 4 checked in at 310 out at 830… more than 30 minutes to get the paperwork… friendly staff but lazy

Office people are rude and want to make you wait so they can play on their phones and not do their job waited 2 hours just to show my paperwork for a 33 pound box. Loaders on one hand though never had an issue they get a bad reputation because of the idiots in the office
