I was with my friend both times she tried to get into her unit there. They've had her unable to get access to her stuff for a month. They pretty much have laughed it off like oh well, we can get in so you should be able to. Good luck. 👍 yeah it was disgraceful watching them do nothing after the first time then today say well we can get in so u should too. Even though she's tried 5xs.
What's sad we were trying to see how much room there was because I need to store stuff and was going to rent one myself. But watching her struggle w those locks n me trying too. Wow. Just wow.

Horrible! Paid $120 November 20th-Dec 20 for new unit and I was locked out all December and when I went to collect things .. the employee who calls himself owner (joke) was extremely rude and unprofessional!
I don’t owe anything for this month and want my money back since I can’t get in! Employee needs a new job!!! A professional business would have requested the returned payment
back for the actual Amount of days I had the unit prorated to new unit! They say I own and never paid when I had proof! Crooks!
Not to mention them trying to get late fees and double month rent! This psycho needs fired.. When I requested documents for dues/invoice and a supervisor to call me nothing was done…

I would not recommend this storage facility because they are bigots. If you support this business you support bigotry, racism and sexism. They are ruthless business owners who do not care about you or your property remember that.

The storage units at Guardian Storage are extremely overpriced for how old and dingy they are; they are not lit and don’t have climate control. ExtraSpace Storage are half the price of what these smelly units are; it always smelled of mold at Guardian. ExtraSpace storage units are modern, clean and well lit.

Elliott seems to be some kind of egotistical, raging sociopath so don’t trust anything he says he’s troublesome and likes to harass the tenants there. The facility isn’t really that secure and it’s extremely old. Trust that you will regret doing business with Guardian Storage.

They tell me to vacate the unit in 15 days. Which I paid a full month plus a prorate for this month. Because I destroyed the camera. I hired two men to help me because my spouse is disabled. One of the men tried to take the door off and disabled. I was not aware of this. If they would of brought to my attention at the time. I would of sent him home and not pay him.

It's a very well run place, that is always adding new improvement and is a very clean and safe place to put your possession. I love how they have so many security cameras everywhere. I feel safe there because the employees there won't allow wrongful behavior to go on in their storage building/yard

The storage areas are always kept very clean. There are a lot of cameras everywhere and the company makes me feel very safe keeping my belongings here. They provide their units with a very secure lock. The service is responsive and they go out of their way to keep an eye on everything. This is the best storage facility I've ever used.
