I wish all businesses would operate like "Grainger SS, Inc.". This place is clean, organized, and run very professionally. The system they have in place for renting the units and keeping items in outdoor storage, opening their gate remotely, and making monthly payments is all very user-friendly. Also, their prices are fair and reasonable. Additionally, the place is extremely secure. Best of all, the folks that operate this facility are exceptionally nice and great to work with.

This place has the best customer service I've ever had. I had ended up going to the wrong location for my unit and thought the gate wasn't working. I was there at midnight and I called the owner explaining my predicament. He got back to me very quickly and politely told me where to go even though it was so late. I definitely reccomend this place if you want to store your stuff!
