I have worked with the GoShip team on anywhere from 100 to 130 shipments within the last year. The system is user friendly and intuitive, walking the user step by step through the process to completion of the order. When there is a possible issue, customer service reaches out to me and asks me how I wish to proceed. The pickup and delivery notifications come directly to my email so I am well informed of when these take place. My favorite part about GoShip is the responsiveness of the customer service team. Nick Gelosh and his colleagues have been most helpful with all of my inquiries; they are always willing to find a way to resolve any questions.

Nick at GoShip is awesome to work with. This was my first time arranging a big shipment. He was helpful from day one, assisting me in selecting shipping and navigating the website. GoShip offers a variety of prices and rankings for each shipping company. AND You can always judge a company by how they handle problems. I had problems!! --Damage to my shipments and a late arriving shipment. Nick picked the phone up every time I called and help me through the claims process. Hopefully, my insurance claim will be successful. But no matter what, I will use GoShip again. Because they really care about the customer!

Over the 12 years we have been in business selling barn owl boxes to farmers and property owners, we have used several different freight brokers for our large shipments. We encountered a number of issues with communication, lack of initiative to solve problems with shipments, etc. Recently I began shipping through GoShip. The site is designed for efficiency, booking loads is fast and easy, and our rep responds quickly to any questions. We are saving time and money with GoShip and I recommend it highly.

If I could give zero stars I would! Customer service is merely non existent. Leave multiple message and not a single reply back. Shipment arrived unsecured and they don't stand behind what they ship! Have sent multiple emails and never received a reply. Don't worry about buying additional insurance, they don't help either, their customer service is just as much non existent... Several Thousand in Damaged Producf and No way to Recoup Funds. Respectfully asked for a shipping refund and was told somebody would call within 24 hours and going on over 2 weeks with no call. Best and most safe choice, STAY AWAY.

Watch for the BAIT and SWITCH. They will give you a decent price to ship your goods and then you will receive an " updated invoice " where they add hundreds $$$ for bogus fees. IE: " restricted access " ect.
