Can’t provide enough accolades to describe the outstanding service I experienced with Gorilla. The two gentlemen that moved me from Wisconsin to a storage unit in Chicago were top notch. They actually made the move pleasant, uneventful, and completely stress free. The price was right and the guys were top drawer professionals. I highly recommend Gorilla. In fact, as soon as I find a place to live, they will get my business again!

We used Gorilla Movers for the 2nd time recently to help move my 94-year old mom. Originally, we found out about Gorilla through Segue Senior services when we moved her from her house of 50 years to an independent living apartment. Gorilla moved everything with care and speed. The positioned everything where she wanted it.

This year, mom needed to move to an assisted living apartment. Nikki was very patient and helpful as I figured out what I needed and when. Then the guys, Tommy and Caleb, moved all of her things from a small room to a bigger apartment. Then we picked up a truck load from a storage unit. The guys patiently moved things in and out of the room as we tried to make it feel like home for her. Then they moved the excess pieces back to the storage unit. They were so friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Gorilla enough.

The price was fair as well but wasn't as important as the service we received, which was top notch.

Excellent team of movers! They work fast and didn't damage a thing when loading everything from the property we were selling. We had them move our household items across the country and everything went great. Our team was also very flexible with us as our property is being built and we had to do a partial unload at the property and full unload at a storage location. We have not been able to fully unpack yet, but all of our boxes, totes and items were in the same condition from when loaded. They had great communication and arrived as scheduled when loading and unloading. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to hire a moving service.

I can't speak highly enough about Gorilla Movers. While my usual strategy is to go for the lowest price, after hearing a few friends say Gorilla was great, I went with them and am so glad I did. They arrived during the quoted window (and not right at the start, which if you've ever been in that last panic moment of packing, is a good thing!). The 3 guys all introduced themselves, we went through the house, talked about everything, and they got started. They worked quickly and were careful with my things, protecting everything in blankets and shrink wrap. I hope to never move again, but if I do I would call them immediately. (And am recommending them to all of my friends.)

This was the easiest move I have ever had. The three men who help move my things were hardworking, efficient, and very respectful. My daughter was with me, and they were so kind to her as well.
