I started using Go By Truck back in February of this year. I ran about three loads, and everything went smooth. They're differentiated from any other broker I've used do to their transparency, importance of the carrier, and pay. They understand the struggles within the industry for smaller carriers and provides a service to eliminate those issues. I've actually had lengthy conversations with one of the owners, which has given me even more confidence in what their doing.

When I first came across Go By Truck I was not sure it would work for me as I am an owner/operator and was worried about a bidding war and how much time it would take me to be awarded a load. However, If you bid a fair price for the current market you are generally awarded very quickly. I only run one lane for the same customer so I am fortunate enough to deal with a customer representative by the name of Deseree who is the best! I highly recommend using Go By Truck!
