My 2014 Mazda RX8 was shipped between Santa Monica and Chicago. Elena was very helpful in providing information about the move and explaining details. The driver called me before arriving to pick up the car and came 2 days before the date which I had scheduled. The driver was communicative and responsible. Car was delivered promptly and without any delays, it was also in good condition without any drama and issues.

Thank you Nick for your great help in my car shipping. As soon as I decided to move from New York to Santa Monica, I started to work on shipping of my baby first!
Called several companies, no one could help me on that until I met my neighbor. I knew that he had shipped his car before and he was satisfied with the services that he got from that auto transport company.
He introduced global auto transportation. Honestly, I would say that couldn't believe my not running 1978 Chevy Chevelle could be picked up from my house and delivered safely. But global team made my dream come true! First of all, Nick quoted the best and fair price to me and promised that could be picked up my car same as the day which
I was looking for. He did! The driver called me a day before and set the exact time for pickup. Driver came exactly when he had told me he would. He had all necessary tools on his truck to have my car safely loaded on the truck. I was present from the beginning until it has loaded on the truck. It took only 20 minutes to finish the process. Driver did his job so professionally and picked my car up safely on his truck. Got my car on time in Santa Monica and in the original condition I was released to the driver in New York. I would highly recommend to all who have exact dates or pickup and dropoff, since Nick was able to arrange my transport to the dates I had provided him. Besides, they have good insurance coverage, so if something happens to your car, you will be sure they take care of it. Thanks again Nick and my driver Jack, who was absolutely professional and careful to my classic.

They were very responsive and returned all my calls and messages. The driver was flexible about some belongings I needed to transport in my cars trunk, for which I was very grateful. My only concern had to do with the delivery. I had to drop off the vehicle at a sketchy lot in Santa Monica because the pickup was understandably not doable due to the size of the truck. He delivered the car earlier than expected without a scratch.

Folks at Global did a great job in moving my car to Santa Monica! They hired a carrier for my 2012 Kia Optima in 20 minutes, literally! But the actual pick up was late than I was told. I had to reschedule my plans of a day. That was the only thing I didn’t like! Thanks Nick and Chris!

Reachable anytime for anyone. I got my 2008 Acura shipped from Santa Monica to Dallas. My mom was waiting for the driver in Dallas. The driver dropped off the car, then my mom asked him to put it in the garage, because she had eye problem. The driver did that with great pleasure. My mom described him as a very kind person and a professional driver. Thank you for helping my mom.

The estimate arrival date was one day late than we had it scheduled. However, everything was well done. That was the only problem we had. The owner kept us informed via e-mail phone calls. This guys transported my Lexus from Texas in 3 days. I paid 30% as a deposit, then the remaining I paid to the driver with cashiers check. My car was not damaged. Amazing experience.

My car was picked up late Monday and delivered early Saturday even tho the estimated delivery date was Thursday. My sister sent me pictures and the car looked the same as when it was loaded. Easy planning with the customer service.
