I called Boston Global Auto Transportation on 8/10/2023 to have my daughter's car shipped to her at college and was told on 8/12/2023, the vehicle would be picked up.

(Yes, per the contract, I understand that it is an estimated time when they would pick up the car.)

So is the car still picked up? That would be a big NO. Then I was told it would be picked up on 8/14/2023 and 8/15/2023. Yet the car is still sitting in my driveway.

After, I was told by the Boston office on 8/11/2023 that the vehicle would be either picked up on Monday, 8/14/2023, or Tuesday, 8/15/2023, without any problems. Yet the car sits in my driveway, and my daughter has no vehicle at college.

Note Customer service was very friendly, but I could not get the car picked up. It might be an estimated time does not mean they should have days or weeks to get the vehicle picked up and delivered - Saying it is an estimated time gives the company the right to take as much time as they want - You or your kid are out a car tell they can get it done on there a time frame, not yours.

I hired Global to transport a car from Charlotte, NC to Myrtle Beach SC. KJ was good to work with, true to his word.

Shipping a car is a bit of a headache and prior to finding Global. I saw bad reviews after bad reviews which terrified me that my car would be damaged during the shipping. But after doing extensive research I settled on Global. I talked to Alvaro. He was very professional and easy to work with. Once my order was handed off to the shipping company he made sure I had all relevant contact information and encouraged me to get in contact with the carrier directly. My driver was good at communicating with me though and we worked out a deal where he would drop off the car and I would contact him when I got home, and they would bring the car. My car arrived damage-free. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.
