Sending anything costs $1. Dropping off letters and Fedex parcels is free though. Super friendly staff but customers themselves can be slow and needy, not their fault though. Cute little neighborhood business. Reliable pickups for mail. Wish it wasn't on a main road as it's hard to drop off packages that require a car.

I called about FedEx drop off. They said "of course". When I went to drop off the prepaid box, the lady wanted to charge me. She should have mentioned that on the phone. They earned + one star because the last time I used them, the guy was super nice. We bought a bunch of stickers because the service was free that time.

This is the BEST place to ship. Everyone who comes in knows the owner Ann by name. She is just the nicest person. Since they use all the shipping companies they just find the best price and you can buy packing goods - it’s a great vibe in here

Overpriced.

I get more than a little annoyed by their 150% mark-up on a stamp. The US Postal service is financially suffering by trying to maintain an affordable mailing system and these guys have the cheek to charge a significant amount more. Daylight robbery. (Sorry its the principle here).

I once tried mailing a birthday card (usually 95c) and they made me pay $3 because they didnt think it would be sent otherwise (that was 2x their $1.50 stamps with a 95c face value). I think I left with smoke spouting out my ears.

I feel their other services are overpriced too.

The service I receive here is unpredictable. Oftentimes I'm ignored and then treated rudely, but sometimes I'm treated courteously.

I'm not going to use their services again.

Visited today and the Depot was very helpful in mailing our pre-paid FedEx package and providing a tracking slip. The store offers a variety of services (keys, copies, mailing, etc). Very helpful to have in the neighborhood. Google has the hours wrong on Saturday. Correct hours are listed on the store's website:

Overpriced services, and purposely misleading about extra charges. Eg if you want to print something, they won’t accept the doc via email (could “contain a virus”) so your only option is to use a usb flash drive. But there’s a $1 charge to do so (on top of the $.25/ page B&W), even though it’s self serve and done directly on the machine. I’m all for supporting local business, but this is 2.5x more expensive than a business supply store.

Friendly staff, humor def helps these days. Big boxes are OK (West Portal mail-room turned my pre-paid UPS down, the box was too big, seriously?). Tip jar was kind of empty, so I gave a few coins. As long as the big heavy box is taken w/o excuses or "newly created" rules.

One of the better places to send parcels from. Friendly and helpful staff - at one point I had lost my tracking number and they did what they could to help me track down the package I had sent - I can't say enough about how great the place is.

Not to mention they've saved my behind during quite a few holidays seasons.
