First time to use them but was very disappointed. They gave me a pickup time of 5:45PM (Same day) and I explained to them that it was crucial that they pick up before 6PM because pick up location would be closed after that through Tues of the next week and needed to have the item to the other location by next day at the latest. They assured me that it would not be a problem but that didn't happen. Driver ended up trying to pick up at 8PM which was undoubtedly too late. My customer is now pissed! Company never bothered to call or contact me, the pickup location or the drop off location - ridiculous! Only reason I found out was because the drop off location called me (angry), to tell me they still did not have the item. SMH. Dropped the ball big time! Will not use again.

This company is full of scammers they claim to be hiring but they actually arent hiring, their website is poorly developed and they have horrible customer service. Find another company that will treat you better these people are shady and unethical.
