There is little sandwich shop inside this grocery/post office/ gas station. Food was very good. We had the Italian, eggplant and brisket sandwich which were all good. Also get a side of their coleslaw it’s amazing.

Fritz Creek-EXCELLENT FOOD!!! Eggplant sandwich was amazing. Be prepared to be micro-managed. Kind of scary; the store is being managed through fear. The experience was overwhelming and not customer friendly. I understand the economic crisis and social distancing stress. The way it was handled could have been much better. Please consider kindness. I would consider saying where to stand rather than where NOT to stand. Hard to navigate. 🙂Again, food excellent.

Very interesting general store/post office/café/gas station. I tried the daily special of bean soup, it was amazing! Thick, hardly soup, loaded with ham and vegetables, served with warm, buttered sourdough bread. SO glad we found this spot!

Loaded veggie sandwich on fresh bun...I would suggest driving to the end of the road for this & a slice of fresh baked dessert. Authentic Homer atmosphere. I hear the brisket sand-o is bomb as well.

All I can say is YUM! Not kidding. We never talked so much about sandwiches! They all were THE BEST... the brisket, the tuna, and the Italian were amazing and the folks that work here are super kind. Definitely would come back and highly recommend!

Enjoyed a delicious eggplant sandwich which was made with a bunch of delicious ingredients. The woman preparing it thoughtfully gave me the dressing on the side as we were having it for a picnic later in the day. The vegetable sandwiches with roast beef was also excellent. My husband bought the apricot and pistachio rugelach for breakfast which was so delicious I landed up sharing it.

Went by to grab something to eat, as the word around town is that their food is excellent. Wish the manners of the employees was as good as I heard the food is! The cashier's attitude was so nasty that I wanted to stop the transaction and leave. Not only was she rude and unpleasant, she tossed the bag for my purchase onto the counter and then glared at me while I placed my items in the bag. I'm not sure what her problem was, but I definitely won't be back - idc how good the food is.

This has been a favorite of mine in the past and would normally have gotten five stars. However, this visit was quite different. The short little guy behind the deli counter was rude, abrupt, unpleasant, disrespectful, and generally unfriendly. This is 180 out from my previous experiences. The above was written by a customer a bit ago and I am reiterating it, this just happened to me today and is so unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place. Horrible customer service, I never need to be reprimanded by a, what seems to be super unhappy, deli guy. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy at the other counter said he was a manager, however, didn't really seem to care about what I had just experienced.
I've seen him be rude to other customers as well. To the owners, you're losing customers due to your employees.
