Teresa was amazing to work with. I needed to amend my LLC’s articles of incorporation and the fastest way to do it was to hire a courier that could deliver my amendment to Tallahassee and pay the filing fee for me. Teresa was the person for the job. She sent me an invoice for the filing fee and her service fee, which was very reasonable, and she took care of it the same day and then went back the following day to pick up the receipt showing it had been filed and emailed it to me.
