They were very bad they stole money from my mom and never gave her what she ordered. They also over charged her. I paid for her 1st roll of carpet which was $470. She when back and the guy named Gary charged her $500 more dollars. Making the grand total $970 dollars. It was supposed to be three pieces of carpet they make with a big piece leftover but they cut the two pieces out of the big piece they are very dishonest and take vantage old little old lady’s

I had a lot of work done on my house through a company out of GA. They told me they could put me some new lvp down in place of the ceramic tile that had to be torn up. They subcontracted that job out to a local company. This company didn't even attempt to level the floor, or explain to me that glue down lvp should be what I used, if the floor wasn't leveled. They just threw it down anyways. Then, a second company came in and ripped it up and "leveled" it. It still was not done correctly and was popping and breaking all over the place. Finally I hired my friend to come look at it. When he got it up, he realized it was worse than he knew how to fix. He called someone with floors to go with 25 years experience. He came out, leveled the floors, and the next day laid the lvp. It's like a completely new, level, floor.

Such helpful and kind staff. They spoiled my kids with snacks while I waited for my free carpet! Such a blessing to so many teachers! While there I also took advantage of their sale and bought some flooring, recommended them to my in-laws and they went the next and bought some flooring as well.

Hi I am the lady that was ripped off. The response that the person left after my son made. Was not right. Only thing he got wrong was guys name and it is JeffI came in first time before I bought carpet ask him if they did blinding on carpet. I told him it was for a fifth wheel. I bought a 12by 18 foot piece. Telling the salesman Jeff I had two more pieces to bring so they would know what was needed. I only ask for the blinding to sewn on front. They cut the back out. Both pieces of carpet for side outs are both too short. Why couldn’t he measure right. Very obvious. It was cut out of 12/14 piece of carpet. When I called Monday after I picked up carpet because they were already closed Saturday. Ask for Jeff he was off talked to salesman Steve and told him I was 4 Ft short. He said I payed for. 12/32 of carpet. He said he had to talk to store manager and would call me back. I waited over two hours know call. I called back and was told by Steve. Store manager said Jeff needed to deal with it. I waited for the call Tuesday know call. I called and ask for Jeff. Spoke to Jeff and told him. The leftover piece of carpet from cutting the slide out pieces was not long enough. 4 foot short. I was told by Jeff it was cut from 12/18 foot piece. That guy started raising his voice telling me it was all done as my measurements which is a lie. I paid for 384 square feet. Whe I went to pick up the 4 feet that guy Jeff was on loading dock. He totally ignored me Where was the rest of carpet I paid for here r the pictures. I was totally ripped off. As u can see First picture leftover piece u can tell where it was cut. It’s not a 12/18 foot piece Next pic of slideout piece both pieces r very short and they had the old carpet If they couldn’t do the slideout pieces should have been honest instead lying I’m still waiting on store manager to call me they need to refund me some money

Floors to go did an excellent job for my husband, our son and myself. Our kitchen floor was in need of replacing. I forgot the man's name that came out and gave us information, measured and explained our options. He was polite and professional. They offered a good variety of choices for the flooring, which came with a lifetime warranty. We made our selection of laminate flooring. He notified the installer. His team came the next day. We have a pretty good size kitchen and they ripped up the old flooring, did repair/replacement of the wood where needed, finished in only two days! Our lives were a little disrupted only two days! They took their lunch break, but didn't mess around, stuck to the job! They did a quality job, our floor looks beautiful and we are very well pleased! We would highly recommend Floors to Go!
