Absolute awful customer service! Used to love their products, but learned they do NOT actually honor their advertised "lifetime warranty." Buyer Beware!!!!! Consider another brand...like I did...maybe find a brand that's willing to stand behind their actual products. Heck, maybe just find a brand that doesn't charge a huge premium for a falsely advertised lifetime warranty!

My experience dealing with customer service has been time consuming and unproductive. 3 weeks to get an email from them!! Now I am being asked to ship an axe to this location so they can approve a warranty replacement at my cost. Not worth the effort and I can not help but wonder if this is the tact Fiskars takes on all warranty claims in hopes that people give up. Bad form Fiskars, bad form. Case#01304072

Not to bad at all must have got them on a good day appointment was at 16:00 checked in at 15:30 started loading me around 16:30. Nice ladies at the check. Check in is at door 51 room to turn around after you come in. I got the BBQ joint that’s down the street beef ribs not to bad

I checked in state line rd. For shipping. Then had to go to guard shack to get gate pass. Then to door #5 to check in again ( a copy of driver’s license is required) then to my dock door 130. Loaded within a hour. Once you have green light go back to door 5 get gate pass give to guard shack, then finally back to main shipping office. Light load for me. I would come back.

What a nice place. My app was 12 pm. I spent a night there and contacted them earli at r 8 am in the morni. I , am so lucky they gave a door an start o loading quickly

Well, showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment time, gave me a door and waited. Low a behold JB HUNT shows up late (day cab) and I was asked to move so that they could load jb hunt first (because their appointment was before mine) so as I watched my ELD tick down on my time I eventually got in a door. Spent 4.5 hours here because heaven forbid a daycabber work past dark. Be careful a warning to the OTR drivers.
