I have ordered several items from different places around the area using this service. They are awesome with their delivery. If they forget something, they are fast at fixing any error. Awesome choices of places and I have to say.... Better than post, Uber and GrubHub. I haven't had so many options without having to worry about if they actually delivered. They tell me right away with option to pick up from other places. You guys rock!

Also had to add to my experience... Great sense of humor and too awesome! Troll return power times 10!!! I was not intending on getting fortune cookies, tho the restaurant forgot an item but you guys made sure they didn't forget. Making your comedians feel right at home! I wish I could give 10 stars ? but I indeed cannot. Thank you for your great correction to this error on the restaurant's part. You are great people! I will be recommending you to everyone that will be coming through and look forward to your continued business!

First of all, let me just say I live far out in the country, delivery was always a no-go for people like us. But now we have the option for delivery and I was so happy for this!

Now onto my actual review. With Fetcht, you can order a variety of foods, for me, I've ordered Mi Pueblos in Batesville MS. Myra has been my delivery driver and she is so sweet. My food comes within 1hr and the food is hot and fresh.

I highly recommend ordering delivery with Fetcht, you will not be disappointed.

We LOVE Fetcht!! Can't say enough good things about this awesome service ~ the ordering is all online and quick and easy, and the drivers are all so courteous! I love that an email arrives telling you that your order has been received, and then a second when the driver has arrived at the restaurant, and yet ANOTHER when the driver has left for your house/location! We've used Fetcht 8 times already and look forward to using it for many YEARS to come! We live out in the county in a very rural area, but Fetcht makes us feel like we've got that "big city" life! 😉

Tried this delivery service for the first time a few weeks ago and I will not be using the service again. Website is overly complicated, and the prices are higher than the restaurant ($1-2 per item, per my order). Also, the "tax/srv" charge was 25% (to my knowledge MS restaurant tax is 9%), followed by a delivery fee and a $4 processing fee. In all, including tip of $10, I spent nearly $30 for the delivery service alone, which they only had to drive 3.8 miles from the restaurant. Their 1st time user promo code doesnt work, I tried it about 5 times. My pizza took an hour to be delivered and the delivery guy had to call me 3 times for me to give him directions. The guy was a little too casual on the phone and it sounded like he had other people in his car. My food wasn't super cold by the time I got it, which is the ONLY thing I cant complain about. But for the premium cost the whole ordeal was a neadless headache. I hadn't even heard of Fetcht Delivery before using it, and I'm sure that it will be soon be forgotten like it never existed at all....I mean unless over paying and long wait times is your thing. Who knows, maybe my experience was just a fluke and all the other "real" 5 star reviews are right.

I only gave one star because Google doesn’t allow you to give zero. I used Fetcht for the first and last time last night. I ordered $30 worth of food and my total was $57. This included $8.90 tax (on $30 worth of food?!?!), a $3.00 processing fee, $3.00 delivery fee, etc. The delivery driver forgot one of our items and had to bring it back (not a big deal). Save yourself some money and try Door dash, Bitesquad, or Landshark delivery. You can even taking a Uber to get your food and not pay as much.

I did not use this service. However, I did call then to submit an order because their Google info states that they service the Bateville, MS area, but they do not. I was very disappointed. Part of having a business is to insure that all advertising outlets are up to date.
