I had a real dilemma over the last week trying to ship a valuable item from coast to coast and I could not find anyone to ship it because of its weight and odd sized packaging. But Adam, the worker, at this fed ex hub went above and beyond to get the thing packed properly, weighed, and shipped. Something USPS and UPS wouldnt do. But this man helped me get it done so i could get paid for shipping the item. Thank you to Adam for a job well done and helping me out of a jam.

We used this Fed Ex office on Wilshire Blvd to ground ship my son’s moving boxes back to Texas. Ted not only made this process as easy as possible for us, but he also came in on a Saturday and opened up just for us to drop the boxes off. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure to give me the best deal and was very patient with all my questions. He was amazing! If I lived in Los Angeles I would be a loyal customer of this Fed Ex office for life!!

Those who put 5 stars must explain to me what was the 5 stars for? There’s nothing 5 stars about a person working in a place he seems to be hating so much especially when u call for inquiry and he talks to u aggressively and when u tell him “u could have said that calmly” he snaps yelling at u telling u “ITS BECAUSE I RECEIVE THESE CALLS EVERYDAY” .. with this attitude you will continue to get these calls till the day u retire.. people will move on after they hang up and you will continue to receive these calls.
