I am expecting a very important package. It may not mean much to FedEx, but it means everything to me. My mother asked for a framed photo from my wedding as a birthday gift. Instead of framing it, I had it blown up on canvas. The gift was supposed to be delivered to my grandmother’s house today and I just got a notification after 3 pm that the delivery failed shortly after 11 am this morning. FOUR HOURS after the delivery attempt was made. I have been trying to call, chat, and message someone on twitter for over an hour. I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone and have no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered again. Most importantly, I have not gotten any explanation as to why the delivery failed. The error message I received said the business was closed/no one was home. Those are two very different things.

They've really gotten horrible at customer service. It's totally surprising. They destroyed and lost a bunch of my equipment that was for a mission-critical site. Got the ridiculous run around for shipping batteries to the site that my battery supplier shipped me with FEDEX ground. So I ended up using UPS. The manager was very professional and polite about the situation that I know wast his fault. This has cost me over 4k in damages.

I would give them a zero if I could. I had an order that was coming to me FedEx ground and the driver just stuck it in a random mailbox and called it delivered. Now I've had a parcel being sent to me that was supposed to be here Sept. 11 by noon. Well this is the 12th and I'm still hearing bullshit excuses about the delivery. If the company and the drivers can't do the job they're supposed to do then stop lying about it! I'm done with FedEx.

Live deliveries are required to be delivered before noon. Lovely that uour website removes that detail from tracking when your slacker drivers are late You do realize that it's actually in your job description to deliver to an address....not a GD red dot!!!

The absolute worst delivery service I’ve had to deal with ever !!!!…. If i could give them a negative 10 star i would. They didn’t deliver my item… then when you try to contact them you only get the automated system … tried the virtual assistance and still don’t have a understanding on whats the problem…they do not care about the customers and im pissed

Worst experience ever! My package was not delivered to my home, it was delivered in front of mailboxes at the main road. Unacceptable! Driver should be reprimanded and fired! BTW...The house behind me, that's not where I live. The driver didn't even bother to turn down our road to get to my house.

This shipping service is a joke! My package has been sitting at the facility for a week past the expected delivery date and without notifying me. I’ve tried multiple times to contact about my package and when I finally got someone To answer, The solution was for me to go pick up my own package from the facility. WHAT A JOKE!
