Everything was cool at ez ship with the young guy at the counter. We were packing our box happily. Then the old guy came out and thought he was the Donald Trump of packing and shipping, when, in fact, he didn't know how to fold a box or even what a postage stamp was! He threw us out of the store and I had to pack my box at home - it worked out fine.

Buyer beware: the owner claimed my package weighed twice its actual weight. When I took it to the USPS store, it turned out to be half of what he quoted! Additionally, he insisted that everywhere else would cost me more, but it didn't. This is a scam, and shipping companies should be informed about him.

I understand adding a small fee for convenience, but doubling the weight and lying about it is unacceptable.

Went in to get a package shipped and he quoted me $80 something and claimed my package was 15 pounds. Said it didn’t matter the weight. It matters how big the package is. Stated all other shipping facilities will charge me similar or more and it’s the best price around. I took my package and left because I knew I weighed it at home. Went into USPS package weighed 7lbs and was shipped for $42 even with the dimensions of the package. I don’t know what the deal was. I don’t know why the person was trying to overcharge me. Maybe their scale needs replacing. I do know shipping costs are more for the weight so the comment regarding the weight not mattering was throwing me off. I was being lied to like I was a fool. It was insulting. I’m glad I walked away and didn’t pay the price or believed them regarding other places costing more.

We love this shipping store! It is so convenient to have a one stop shop for all the different shipping carriers to drop off packages and get help with shipping. There’s cute things to buy in here and the staff is always friendly! Highly recommend coming here over the “big guys”

This place steals your information from your ss numbers to phone home address medical records even your parents name this organization is dangerous please for the love of God do not my I repeat do not go in there. They will get your facial recognition signature to do harm to your well being.

I've given EZ Pack N Ship five stars however they're not quite consistent enough; BUT I still say, support the store! I think the owner is certainly above average and interested in giving his customers a good service.

I have been using them for years. I won't bore you with any small grievances (&, over the years, there have been a few) but the latest puzzling thing is; I am curious why they advertise making custom boxes yet if you go into the store and ask for a custom box they will tell you "we're only going to make you this custom box if you are going to ship with us". You might want to clarify that on your website.

All in all though, they can probably help you in a quick and efficient and mostly friendly way. Give them a try
