Been running with JDM Expedite INC for a bit now, and I gotta say—it’s a great place for a driver who wants to stay busy and make real money. If you’re the type who likes to put in the miles and keep that left door closed, you’ll do just fine here. The loads are steady, and they don’t leave you sitting around waiting for work.

Dispatch knows their stuff, and big shoutout to Heidy—she’s on top of it and keeps you moving. No BS, just straight to the point and making sure you stay loaded and rolling.

And let’s not forget Jack in recruiting—dude tells it straight, no sugarcoating. He made the hiring process easy, no hidden surprises, and he actually picks up the phone when you call (which is rare these days).

Trucks are solid, maintenance is on point, and they actually respect drivers—which, let’s be honest, is all we really ask for. If you wanna run hard and make good money, JDM is the spot.

These folks are running a driver mill operation by casting a wide net online with their aggressive marketing.

THEY HAVE NO ISSUE MANIPULATING THE DRIVERS WITH THEIR UNFAIR BUSINESS POLICIES AND LACK OF TRANSPARENCY.

This company offers a premium penalties package second to none in the industry in order to keep you in check might you execute not so brilliant ideas right along with their forced in-cab facing cameras.

This is posted here so you do not have to wait to be hundreds or thousands away of miles from home before you are introduced to the unpleasant surprises during the orientation, which is essentially a kind of entrapment.

Perhaps it is about time DOT (under the new administration) starts to crack down on these exploitative recruitment practices being run out many of the Chicago area Eastern European transport companies.

This recruiter have this sweet way of getting people to come on board , so I started with company not even a week and the truck is already in the repair shop 3 days now. When I was assign the truck 6420 I did my inspection and found out the truck had air leaks issues I pointed it out to the guys in the yard that this truck has an air leak issue I told me nothing is wrong with the truck because it just came from the dealer . The truck was dirty when I get it inside was fine and Clean no problem there . They still allow me to leave the yard with a defective truck even though I point it out , they gave me a blow off wash to kinder top off the air leaks I was having to make me feel good . My first load was assign the same day after orientation, when I went to pick up the load I was having issues back up to the dock because of constant air leak, I call maintenance they told me to go to speedco I didn't because after getting loaded I didn't hear the leak again they call me in the night asking if I had went to check the leak I told them no cause am not hearing it again they insist on me taking it to TA in Pennsylvania. The problem could not be fix at the TA so they send me to Freightliner in Maryland which makes matters worst the truck has been here 2days now after they order parts and they still have to order parts again . Am just quitting I should have follow the last review that says AVOID AT ALL COST. I was one hour away from my delivery and the customer come get it so they charge us $500 for a tow for a $1500 dispatch I was on , I was enquiring about my reimbursement all they say was they gonna see what they can do but it's not a promise . Plain truck with no Bluetooth no inverter how do they expect us as driver to operate under these circumstances.

Been running with JDM in truck #7075 for 7 months now, and so far, no complaints. They keep me moving, and that’s all that matters. If you’re here to run and make money, you’ll do just fine.
Gotta give a shoutout to Hailey from accounting—she’s a real one. Always willing to help, no attitude, just gets things handled. Makes life a whole lot easier when you got someone on your side.
The after-hours team does their job well—not always perfect, but they step up when it counts and keep things running smooth. If you’re expecting hand-holding, this ain’t the place. But if you’re a runner, JDM will keep you rolling.

The company is not so bad! But I made it 1 year with the company and they did not acknowledge my accomplishments nor reached out to congratulate me! I haven’t received any pay raise since my start date! So that’s why I give it 3 stars please reach out I have called and I received no answer nor call back !!!

Idk who you are hiring but the dude on 75 south today was coming from 71 in left lane and straddled the white dotted line. He had his logo on the side box but I forget it now. He caused drivers to slow down put on brakes. When I passed him his seat look like it was way to high and bouncing everywhere had both hands on steering wheel but looking at him I wasn't sure he was controlling his vehicle (18 wheeler). I don't think he should have been on the road by himself. He took a good 20 miles to stay in 1 lane. Honestly he didn't look like he needed to be out on his own. Hope he doesn't wreck. He had Tempo something on side of his truck. Sorry I meant to add this a few days ago.

The worst company ever. You have to pay for everything as a company driver. I was home during the holidays and had medical emergencies. I sent out an email to let my dispatcher know then days later my boyfriend told me my truck was gone. I thought it got towed and went to every tow yard in Tampa to look for it only to find out the company came and got it with all my belongings in there cause they THOUGHT i abandoned it even though i emailed them about what was going on. So instead of using common sense to call me they took it and charged me damn near 900$. Now I have to fly from Tampa to Chicago just to get my things.
