The guard at the guard shack is a super nice dude there is overnight parking on the main Street you are not allowed to get in at least until 20 minutes before your appointment keep that in mind got loaded about 3 hours they do have scale on site everything else went very smooth will come back again.

loaded on time fast and easy but they tell you to back in with your doors closed and when they're finished loading you they close and seal your doors make sure you tell them you want to close the doors because now im in Washington with no load locks because they kept them!

Arrived and had to wait an hour at the gate. Apparently they were taking a break and no one gets in during break time. This would be nice to know in advance, my DOT clock is ticking. Zero respect for drivers and their time. A simple drop and hook took 2 hours. Their break at 9 am, and the backlog of trucks they created at the gate. Never again.
