Muy Pesima Experiencia se que a muchos clientes nos ha pasado con esta empresa con los famosos cargos sorpresa a la hora de los embarques, Maria Jose muy amablemente nos proporciono el costo de embarque para un contenedor de 40’ a honduras pero luego al solicitarlo se paso la pelota con tipo de los mas ordinario y mal educado llamado Gustavo que dice ser el encargado de las tarifas y comenso con un cuento de hadas inventando alzas y alzas al precio y lo peor de todo es que al momento de formalizarle el reclamo nos colgo el telefono muy mal educadamente....
Comprendo que a esta empresa les sobran los clientes y por esa razon no les importa mentirles e insultarlos de esa forma tirarles el telefono cortar las llamadas ......
Pero llegaremos hasta el CEO de esta empresa para pedirle una explicacion antes de reportarlos a la seccion del consumidor del Estado de la Florida para que aprendan a ser serios.

Motivo a cualquier otro cliente afectado a reportarlos tambien para que no sigan jugando con la dignidad de personas honestas y trabajadoras que solo buscamos la colaboracion para un servicio ...
