Got one pallet rejected by the receiver. The was not our driver's fault. The load was secured with straps. Seal was intact during the transit and broken by the receiver. The broker didn't help us to find any place to drop off the rejected product. They said its on you and do what you want with it. After one month I received a claim from them for $1400. I asked to send some proves that this is our fault as the load was secured and seal was intact as it says on the bol. They never replied and just deducted the amount from our rate con. I would not recommend to book any loads with them.

Don't let these people fool you all those five-star ratings are probably their employees or applicants. They're brokers for truck driving companies and I can attest that all that information that they give you is divisive. He told my dispatcher it was a fresh load. I get there. It's oversized. It's deep freeze. They have a tracking system on you but yet they want to call you constantly which is illegal to call you when you're in the sleeper berth. They already have tracking on you. So what's going on with that?
My experience was one of deception and harassment drivers. Beware Cheap Cheap freight coming through

In my experience, Entourage has been top notch. You don't have to call and schedule delivery appointments for your loads. They take care of everything and give updates multiple times a day. If you pay for a team, you get a team. I could go on and on. I have used other carriers and no one compares to EFS.
