These guys are idiots. They are rude, they push off blame on everyone but themselves when they mess up orders, the guy at the dispatch desk is very rude and unprfessional. We have been waiting for a week for parts, then they bring be the wrong thing. Now I have to have the dealer order more parts, wait another week, and then maybe I will have to make the hour one way drive myself to make sure I get the right parts this time. These Guys SUCK!!!!! Use ANYONE else.

I would highly suggest if you are purchasing from a company that is using this delivery company to re-think your purchase. They make promises and fail to inform the delivery driver of said promises. And when the delivery fails it feels like it is impossible to get it rescheduled or even to be contacted for reschedule. I have contacted Elite and the Company I purchased from and still have not been able to get my stuff delivered from their mistake. They make it easier to cancel my purchase and move on to another product.
