I am updating my review based on six week negotiations and settlement with escalations team. It was initially 1 star based only on my move experience and initial poor sales of products like valuation that did not cover me based on the conditions of my particular move. Although the move was not smooth and my client sustained damages totalling over $5K they followed up and addressed part of the issue and offered a partial credit after careful review of all the facts. This is a testament to the quality of the customer service of their escalations and management team. I wish that their coordination and transparency from quoting to truck loading to delivery was more integrated so that I did not have the issue in the first place. Unfortunately, when they split my trailer from NY to SF into 2 trucks the local delivery loaded items haphazardly and nothing was secured or strapped to the sides of the truck. The inventory changed hands too many times and the crew was negligent in handling it causing damages that ranged from broken millwork edges and corners resulting from negligence in handling large pieces with 1 person and stacking boxes on top of mirrors and glass that was clearly marked fragile and told repeatedly not to do so. The team under estimated the time to make the delivery and had to come back on a second day. In one instance they uncrated a piece lifted in improperly bent a metal tray table and the tired to re wrap and tape it and then when we pointed out it was damaged claimed that it was concealed damage even though they had already taped it with tape saying Elite on it. Although I will not use them again, if you’re considering using them I would ask to speak with Aissa and Robert if you want to have an accurate understanding of all costs, the way a move operates from point to point, and what will or will not be covered with insurance. It will require a lot of (micro) management on the end of the designer, so be prepared to get into the weeds on their operations if you want things to run smoothly for you.

I hired Elite Anywhere to receive and deliver a custom sectional sofa to my high-rise apartment. What followed was months of chaos that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Like others, I paid for their "white glove" service, including a pre-delivery site check where they assured me everything would work perfectly. The problems began when they attempted their first delivery without confirming my availability, showing up while I was at work. They then tried to charge me a rescheduling fee for their mistake.

Their communication is baffling - different representatives would give contradictory information, scheduled deliveries would be changed last minute, and emails would go unanswered for weeks.

After many months, countless hours wasted, and seeing them make the same mistakes repeatedly, I ended up hiring a local delivery company to pick up my sofa from their warehouse (which they charged me another fee for). The new company delivered and installed everything perfectly in under 2 hours.
