Elite was a pleasure to work with. In a recent delivery, their delivery men showed up precisely on time and were very courteous, even removing their shoes before coming in the house. The men set up all equipment and showed me how everything worked, and then were out quickly. Highly recommended!

The three gentlemen who delivered my bed frame were so conscientious and helpful. Not only did they remove my old frame, they also helped me lay down my rug (measuring to ensure it was in exactly the right spot) before assembling my new bed frame on top of it. They were so careful about everything they did that my apartment looked better after they left. They couldn't have been nicer or done a better job. It was a very stress-free, pleasant experience. Customer service was excellent. The two delivery guys that delivered my Tempo. They were nice and helpful asked where to setup the Tempo. The delivery drivers set the Tempo up exactly where I had requested, and when finished removed everything and hauled away the opened boxes. They also asked before leaving if I needed anything else they were great.

Overall satisfied with the professional crew who delivered a desk to my apartment. Communication was good, with texts from the dispatcher throughout the week leading up to the delivery and with calls from the actual delivery crew the day of.

The furniture came pre-assembled so it was too large to fit in my building's elevator, but the delivery crew carried it up six floors with no complaints. No damage to my new furniture, my building, or my apartment unit.
