Horrible Company!!!! Do not work with them. They picked up a guarantee load. Then wanted to charge us more to get it delivered. Guarantee does not mean Guarantee they said because thing happen. But they can change it expedited and charge $1000 more than the guarantee rate extra we paid for. They said they are not responsible. Somehow for more money they can get it done. Beware and don't use them.

I chose not to work with this company when no matter what rate we offered we couldn't book a single load with them, even when trying to take loads for their posted rate, we couldn't even get those. I made the mistake of giving them another chance, after one of their brokers begged me to take a load and layover my driver for 7am pickup. Driver got to pickup at 6am and they TONU me without any reason at 9am. I will never make that mistake again, I highly advise you stay away from these scumbags.

Waited all day. No eta even when I asked. Supposed to be at site for pick up and at 20 min to 3 I emailed them and asked where’s driver he said truck brick down see ya tomarrow CHEERS. So no phone call or email letting us know what’s going on. What’s new people that don’t care. Very disappointing.

Agreed on a rate, then goes ahead and repost the load for a 100$ less . When I ask what's going on why hasn't he send the rate confirmation? doesn't respond. Then I call and he tells me that he already booked it. Nothing but a waste of time.

After 9 months of waiting on very large claim, Echo have finally agreed to pay out - 12% of the value of the claim. Expensive Furniture pieces were processed on the BOL as AUTOMOTIVE PARTS. Of the two pieces of furniture, one was totally destroyed. Furniture was shipped in hard crate. The claim that was put forward to the carrier was incorrect...I had to point it out to them. Communication, quiet for months. Try get hold of anyone in authority....Multiple calls - with no call backs. As a small business DO NOT risk your merchandise with this company. Final update is that 8 months after agreeing to pay this small percentage of total claim the check has been received. This was after numerous emails confirming that the “check was in the mail” from Echo. Time to put this behind us…… but we certainly will keep avoiding all the sales calls for our business we keep receiving from Echo.

Emailed on a load from MS to Louisiana, they respond with basic details. Told them I would take it. After 20 mins, no answer, emailed again, they come back with " waiting on cuatomer" after another hour of waiting, silence, no reply. I emailed for an update. No answer. At least have the courtesy to say that you gave the load to someone else. You wasted 2 hours of my time.
